Watch as things spiral out of control when she insists that Kush must elope with her. A very light romantic comedy starring Imran Khan, Katrina Kaif and playback singer turned actor Ali Zafar. Plot is totally predictable: London residing brother asks his younger sibling to find him an Indian bride, younger brother and bride fall in love and the rest is just sorting out the families to save face. Katrina Kaif is a good comedienne and there’s some nice dance numbers but nothing special here. Contained many references to other films some of which I caught but most went flying over my head.
This is such a fun rom-com! I would say it's the best out of the one's that Imran Khan has done. The best part of Mere Brother Ki Dulhan is the character of Dimple and Katrina's acting. It was the perfect role for Katrina and she absolutely killed it!
Imran Khan and Ali Zafar were good but Katrina is the heart and soul of MBKD. The music is also pretty good. My favorites were Ishq Risk, Madhubala, and the title song. I really liked all the film references as well. Overall, MBKD is a really fun rom-com that works even after multiple viewings.

The film is long and tiring, the songs are bad and the acting is poor. The romantic Indian style is not well portrayed in this film, and plus its directed by Pakistani pop star Ali zafar. So what do you expect?! This piece of Mere brother ki Dulhan is very strong in essence of romance.
